"I Heard Ya Missed Us... We're Back!"

Saw VH at Conseco Fieldhouse in Indy. It was great! We were at stage level in the back corner on Eddie's side. I though it sounded perfect. Others that sat up real high on the side complained that they could barely make out the song they were doing. But not the case where we were. I thought Wolf did a great job, but basically had ZERO stage presence. Eddie didn't quite have the fire that he had several years ago, simply because I think he's been away from it for so long. But he was still awesome. The band was super tight too. I think I was most impressed with Dave though. He didn't mess around, and most importantly he sang all the words! You could tell that he was taking it very seriously. The fact that the tour even finished confirms what Dave said at the press conference... that they have put all the BS behind them, consider themselves a "new band", and are in it for the long haul. It is a real shame that Michael Anthony isn't with them. Still doesn't seem right. My buddy saw Sammy not long after VH was in town, and said he might try and throw the Indy show up on my site, so check back. And by the way... the funniest thing about the whole night was that you could see their blinding white teeth from the back of the arena! It was like they had their teeth replaced with giant Chicklits!
